My picture is cut off about 1 cm on the left side of the screen. It seems like a bar of black pixels lays over the Image. The other sides are perfectly fine. This happens with all kinds of input sources. I tried to crop the picture, move it, change aspect ratios and I fiddled with the over- underscan feature on my Pc as well. As seen in the picture, the green square does not show on the left side.

No, it happens with the Xbox as well as with the build in smart hub.

Samsung TV's have a diagnostic menu .
Goto MENU > SUPPORT > SELF DIAGNOSIS > PICTURE TEST.
If you still see the bar then the TV might be faulty.
Do a software update. MENU > SUPPORT > SOFTWARE UPDATE
Also try a picture reset. MENU > PICTURE > RESET PICTURE

I already tried all of these options. I think the few pixel are just broken and cant display anything else than black anymore
