Satelliteand transponder questions

Hello,
I had a big storm go through and the following day I no longer had tv reception. I can get transponder signal numbers as high as 93 but the tv keeps telling me no satellite signal is found. I am a bit confused. If it can read the transponder shouldn't it find the satellite signal?

It can see the transponder, but if signal strength is low then it won't be able to decode the signal. What are you signal strengths? Is it possible the high winds or a tree branch moved the dish slightly? What does the self test in the receiver say?
