Scanning channels to set up antenna. No remote

II bought a new antenna because I live in a rural area and can't afford cable. My remote is not working for my Samsung HDTV. How do I scan channels without a remote?

Without the model number we can't check.
You will need to access the set up menu. There may be controls on the TV itself to do that. If not you will need a new remote.

Menu. Channel up to scroll to TV. Menu to select TV. Channel up to scroll to Auto search. Menu to select Auto search.
