Screen freeze and buzzing sound

I just bought a new Asus Fx503VD 1 month ago, the screen will freeze and also buzz randomly (few seconds) every time I play an audio or video. At first, I thought it was Nox Emulator which caused the problems, but even when I closed the program the problem is still there. I turned on the Vsync as other people suggested but it is still the same.
