screen go blank after loading start-up

proline laptop screen go blank after loading start-up when i start it in normal mode, when i connect to a monitor it display. when i start it in safe mode the screen doesn't go blank.
where is the problem? can someone help me!!

Connect the laptop to a monitor. Hold down the Windows Key and press P. Ensure that "PC Screen only" is selected.
