Screen issue on samsung galaxy j2 prime

I got my samsung galaxy j2 prime about 2 weeks ago.it works fine until somehow the edges of my screen begin acting up for no reason.It doesnt respond on a specific spot,no matter where i rotate it horizontally it doesnt respond to the touch of my screen. Can anyone tell me the reason why and how to fix it?

Contact the seller about an exchange or contact the manufacturer. A device that new shouldn't give you any problems.
