Solved! Screen not showing up on a external monitor

Hi, I have a hp 15-f387wm and the screen is damaged, I have been using a external monitor. I connected it to the external monitor via HDMI cable. It used to work before I updated windows to windows 10 1903 from windows 10 1803. Now, it doesn't even display on the eternal monitor at all. I tried getting into the bios to change the monitor. When I went to BIOS using Windows + B and turning on the laptop, it also didn't do anything. Until the block percentage showed and finished, after that, still same, no signal.

- closing the lid

- holding Windows key and p while booting

- holding Windows key and b while booting

- fn key and f4 key
