Screen shows white/red horizontal stripes

My set-up consists of desktop computer, a HDMI screen and a DVI screen. When I turn on my pc, it starts normal with the lading screen on my DVI screen, But afterwards, it doesn’t turn to my HDMI screen and on my DVI screen, it has White and red horizontal stripes.

The first time it happened I removed the graphics card, cleaned it and it worked. Now it doesn’t help
