screen text problem

i have c55t c5300 toshiba satellite touchscreen laptop 6gb 1tb just bought from U.S.A.screen texts app icon are are blinking and blurring.tried to fix the issue but could not resolve and it is nowhere on internet .kindly help me out

Hi,

Do test your laptop first weather if it's a GPU or display problem.
- Connect an external monitor first and see if the same problem will persist and if it doesn't that means the problem will be with the built in display.
- Do also try and uninstall/reinstall the GPU driver from Device Manager.
- If all these will not work that means it's the built in display that has the problem.
