SD card failure

My lenovo a680 can't install apps.it says "insufficient space" but it appears in my 16gb SD card 10gb space available.even if I take photos it say "SD card do not have enough space please free some space"..pls help....

jelly bean has some issues apps some cant be moved others can heres what i suggest you do

---“Setting---Apps---click app---Move to SD card”
Preload app and some limited app can’t be moved to SD card.


move as many apps as you can to your sd card and set that as primary storage in storage settings of the phone
