If you havent set a security PIN, then there is probably a default PIN somewhere in the manual.
Failing that, take it out and format it with a PC.
Windows built in formatter is deliberately crippled as far as FLASH memory is concerned, so download Aomei Partition Assistant, and format the card with that.
