sd card informs that files are not soupprted

lava iris 505 cannot read my files. Says unsupported.

Well it is going to depend on what kind of files they are, if your device has the ability to read them or more correctly has an app that can read/access them. Also, it is going to depend on if the files are just normal, or are they encoded or blocked?
