SD card isn't working

Even though Ive gone to settings and chosen to move my apps to the sd card, my phones internal memory is still full and the sd card is empty. How do I move the apps so that the used memory moves to the sd card?

Hello mate,
1) If you move app ( not every APP can be moved on SD!) some if their information is still on your phone memory.
2) Download from APP store Clean Master and use it. This app will help you ALOT with a storage problems.
