SD Card Location

I got a new SD card for Christmas and anytime I download an app, I have to move it to my SD card. Now I have no memory on my internal storage on my phone (LG G2 Mini) so I can't download any apps. How can I change the default location for downloading apps to my SD card? I have tried looking on so many websites but none have helped!
