SD card not showing on any laptops

I purchased an 8gig SD, was able to save/see photos on the card when placed in my camera, but when I try getting them online, they do not appear anywhere on my computer to transfer them?

Is there another way to get them atleast online?

It is a Canon Powershot SX520. The camera did not come with a USB cord.

The USB cord is pretty inexpensive for that model, and will fix your issue.
