SD card problems

So I got a new camera and I've been using the same SD card as the one I had in my old camera. Everything was fine and operating well until this morning when every picture I had taken, both old and new, were not showing up on my camera. I tried plugging my card into my chromebook and all my pictures are saved in files and appear on there, but not on my camera. Why is this and should I worry about fixing it?

Plug the card into your PC, get whatever pics you can from it.
Then try a new SD card.

SD cards are not really meant for long term storage.

Hy there, i some times have the same problems though, i won't know why, i think it may be cause the format of sd is not supported by camera or it have some problems with camera(i mean camera is not broken, may be just circuit problem a bit) , But a working solution to this is, attach your sd to pc and keep the files somewhere other than memorycard and again format the memory card.
abaut format it in FAT32 format and now store the data in sd and put in camera

Hope now you can see your data in camera, if it works then every time from now on, when you have the same problem format your sd in FAT32 format and do the same ,.
