Solved! SD Card Unreadable

Hi friends, i am having trouble recovering my data from SD card. this is how it happen my phone felt into water i took it out working for sometimes but gradually failed to opened and got another phone inserted the SD card but couldn't reads tried in computer still couldn't i have some importance information i have stored there and stuck with paused taught of some hope thinking it could open one day. Someone help Because i love this memory?

Its a very difficult job retriving data from a sd card if its broken. If its not physicalled damage i would take a risk, and format the card and try look for any delete retriving software

the disc is not broken or damage in way mps26
