Is there an alternative to HD TV? I've seen it, and I think it looks terrible, like I'm watching a home movie, so I'd prefer to get another TV like the one I have, but I can't find any, not even used. Is there any way to watch TV in SD anymore?

Most TVs can switch off motion and picture improvement features, so it can look like the standard movie picture you like. Other than that, you gonna need to watch TVs in stores to get the best you wanna have.
