Season Pass Conflicts

If you setup a Season Pass and ge tthe message that there are some
conflicts and some episodes won't record, is that permanent? In other
words, if you say okay, record the non-conflicting episodes and then
move the Season Pass up above the conflicted show, will it then record
those episodes it told you it wouldn't?

Another conflict question: if you have a Directv Tivo w/dual tuners and
try to change the station while recording 2 shows, it gives you the
option to stop recording and switch. If you take that option, which
show stops recording?

Yes, but if a conflicting show is a one time thing that you have scheduled
such as an award show or movie rather than an SP, you'd have to manually
delete it from the schedule to get the SP. In this case it will take your
Tivo a short while to reschedule the SP to record during the now open time
slot.

The one you are watching.

No, it changes when you modify the Season Pass priorities.

For the question "record all showings?", if you answer yes, the
new Season Pass will be entered at the top of the list (highest
priority). If you answer no, the new Season Pass will be entered
at the bottom of the list. Later on, moving this new Season Pass
higher in the list will cause TiVo to recalculate what to record.
