sending photo to mms.

Hi.
I'm not sure in which category this falls, I'm using. SUMSUNG-SM-T377V tablet.
My problem is:
When I try to sent a photo or picture to mms messaging, I receive an error message informing me the picture cannot to attached to the message.
I cannot find a setting to allow this.
I've never had this problem before on my other tablets.
Can you help, please?

Did you switched cellular carrier?

No. It's really weird. I can export to Gmail, then send the photo to MMS.
I cannot send from fb directly to MMS.
