I have a 42" sharp model number is LC-46LE83OU WE WAS WATCHING TV AND THEN IT JUST POWERED OFF AND WON'T COME BACK ON POWER LIGHT JUST FLASHING WHITE IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO EITHER GET IT TO COME ON OR DIAGNOSIS IT PLEASE HELP

the light flashing is trying to indicate what is wrong with your set.... count the flashing "pattern" and that can be used to direct your attention to an "area of interest".
