Question Sharp LC-40SA5500x 40 keeps on reboot (loop) after performing factory reset via the screen menu

Hi and hello, i have a sharp LC-50SA5500X and when I did a factory reset via the screen menu, when the tv turned on, it just keeps on showing the SHARP logo for a few minutes then turns off again then returns back to SHARP logo then the same process again and again, any way to fix this? I can't find the firmware for it, can you please help, thanks

why did you do a factory reset - maybe related

I did the factory reset because Youtube was not working on my Sharp either from the browser and the apps itself.
