Sharp Lcd only white screen

Sharp lc-60e78un only has white screen no picture and white flickering. Replaced tcon

I replaced tcon already. Not sure about sound as I can't access the menu or inputs.

I got it from Shop Jimmy. I think I found the flickering problem. On 1 of the inverter boards their is a led bulb connect arching inside. It gets really hot as well compared to tge others. I do suspect Tcon board too as I have a plain white screen and I am not getting output voltage on the tcon.
