Sharp led tv

hi, i just got the sharp aquos lc-42le40e tv and i did the initial set up and the sound was terrible, nothing like it was in the shop, can someone tell me the optimum settings, to help me fix the sound

did you check the cables if they are in the right places?

if you have plugged it to RCA cables you will not get the best sound, the optical is the best, even better than the HDMI
