Sharp Sound Bar

The Sharp HT-SB602 loses sound completely for about 5 to 7 seconds then it comes back to normal. It does this 8 to 10 times a day ? Using a Sharp 55" tv

What connection type between TV and SB? Problem playing surround as well as stereo-only? This used to work fine and suddenly one day...?
