I have been using Cyberlink Director for years. When it failed to be able to read some videos during a time crunch on a project, I quickly searched to a simple video editor to get the project done. Shortcut did the job. It was easy and quick. I disagree on the steep learning curve. If you have used other video software then this is easy enough to learn in a few minutes. I'm going to continue to play with and see how much functionality I can squeeze from it in comparison to other software. Loved it and it's free!
