Should I buy this laptop? (Asus K55VD)

Hello all!
I've been looking for a new laptop for many months now, today I came across this. It looks good, i5 processor, 6GB RAM, 750GB HDD and a dedicated graphics card. But...I'm very cautious when spending this amount of money, so I thought I would ask some people for their opinion.

It has a larger screen, a 4th gen processor and 8GB RAM.
Thoughts?
