should I go for Intel or AMD laptop (notebook)

I have a budget which is approx. 550$ and I want to buy laptop that can last for a couple of years without problems. I will be using adobe programs, light gaming (dota2, team fortress2, fifa14), everyday use of internet and so on..
So I need is it better to go for Intel (I saw a laptop with i3-3110m) with hd7670 or some APU AMD like A-4 or A-8 etc. processor which comes with integrated video card + dedicated video card in crossfire mode

An A8 would be nice for adobe and light gaming, i have an a6 vision and it plays most games decently well. It would also do well for everyday use, better then the intel i3 which is outdated.

Thanks, I was reading some reviews and some people told that AMD gets higher temperatures so I am a bit worried because there will be 2 Graphic cards as well, I need good cooling for that?

Amd laptops tend to be cheaper than intel.if you are looking performance on a tight budget amd usually is a best choice.with dual graphic setting(crossfire)it does give a significant increase in performance at the cost of micro.stutter which is still undergoing fixes with driver updates.the i3 on the other hand is a very good dual core cpu for gaming.also intel have.a.better cpu architecture which.results in it performing well against amd cpu.only downside.is the i3 is a dual core cpu.if you want something than can perform well in years 2 come go for the A8 quadcore.just get a.cooling pad if.temp bothers u.

Yes, if this is a laptop i would just get a laptop cooler, there not that expensive, I will actually recommend one:

This is more then enough to keep any gaming laptop nice and cold, also to answer your question yes AMD's do get hotter then Intel's (especially with gaming), however there performance in laptops and some desktops (to me) seems to always outperform Intel's.
