Hello,Previously my phone was configured to use a single SIM accidentally a different network SIM was slotted and the phone indicated the message in the title box. Please help how do I start using my phone I miss it dearly!

If an incorrect PUK code is entered 5-10 times, the SIM card will permanently block (disable) itself.

You must contact the carrier (service provider) that issued the SIM card to obtain the PUK code. (We don't have it. Please don't ask.)
