skullcandy or sennheisser?

I already have sennheisser hd 202 II headset which is great headset.Sometimes I have ear pain when using for an hour.
So I plaaned to buy another headset which is this one
"Skullcandy INKD S2IKDY-101" in-ear headset.Anyone please tell me this upgrade will have any changes in sound quality(bass,treble wise..)

Actually the Creative Aurvana Live (CAL) is known as very comfy cans and i would also look into other brands tbh
