Sleep problem with slow logo appearing

In my dell xps l501x dell logo comes very slow, and having sleep problem(doesn't wake up from sleep it turns off completely). I have tried to make it correct by enabling wake by lan, but doesn't worked. Please reply..!!

Some laptops offer a " deep sleep ", when you close the lid, it doesn't actually turn off persay, but it picks up where it last left off. If you want to power down the laptop, it's best to NOT hold the power button until it turns off, or closing the lid. Use the legit way they intended for it to be turned off. Use the power button. When you turn it off by other means or suddenly, it has to " recover ". Check your power settings, and click on " what to do when lid closes " , this should have a few options for you. I am not sure of what all you have done, but you should start there, in the Power options with lid closing.
