Slightly grainy hd image on Toshiba Satellite

I have a Toshiba Satellite L455 S5000 laptop and despite its description saying it has "Trubrite Technology" I am struggling to see why, because
whenever I play an HD video the image seems a little grainy. It seems to me like it's the screen that's causing it.

If this "Trubrite Technology" really exists, how do I access it?

From a simple google search it seems that trubrite is just an anti reflective coating on the screen itself.

Nothing can be done about that unfortunately.
