slow download when update origin in the first instal

hey dude can solved this problem:
i download origin yes
when i open origin in the desktop ,origin was update but the connection is slowly just 13kbps of 75mb download . can resolved ..

Could simply be that the server you were connected to was under heavy use at the time you connected to it. Do you have issues with any other applications?

Then I would assume to problem was with the server you connected to and the load it was under at the time.
