Slow New Lenovo YOGA Laptop

Bought a Lenovo YOGA 510 in September 2016. Had been running grand in the first 2 months, recently it is unbelievably slow. Specs are respectable : i7-6500U ; 8GB RAM (DDR4 i think) 250gb SSD.
So the boot up is fast. But the start up of programs is painful. EVEN if I just clock task manager, I kid you not, it takes about 7-12 seconds for the window to appear. Same with every other process/program. Chrome same story. When I went into properties of My Computer, it took 4 seconds for the info and specs to load up.
And lads this was a really good laptop until now. Not a lot of programs installed. Antivirus-Bitdefender, MS Office, CCleaner, Grammarly, and just some more basic programs. I checked for malware, no malicious extensions in chrome.
Also i found this weird. When i go into sketchbook or paint, and i try to save a project; it wont let me. It says i dont have permission which is weird because i remember 2 months ago i very much did.
I'm really dumbfound guys. I checked forums for ''Lenovo'' ''yoga'' ''new laptop'' but nothing. Can't find any suspcious processes, BUT maybe yous can help me.
So please help me and i will try provide any relevant info.

Could be a failing drive, try running a scan on the disk. Or contact Lenovo if system is still in warranty.

I have a brand new Lenovo Yoga which was lagging with input. The mouse was sluggish and pressing a key took seconds to half a minute before responding. When looking for a solution, I read a lot of crap, like return laptop, install Windows 7, adjust Power settings or stop services that were non exisiting on my new laptop.

I have a a 2018 model... same issues with laggy performance. Running more like a 5 year old laptop. I updated all firmware and drivers, ran revo uninstaller pro to remove any Lenovo related apps, went into bios and disabled intel amt, sgx, vt-d, virtualization. I'm not sure what from my list did it, it's running fast now!

I bougth the 2018 version two moths ago and during the two last weeks i had a message saing that my BIOS isn't up to date, so I clicked OK after canceling it during the 2twolast weeks, and now the PC is soooo slow
