smart TV optical sound out to Bose table radio speaker inputs (red and white RCA)

I am purchasing a Smart TV which has an optical out for audio. I want to use the Speakers on the Bose Table top radio (on occasion) with TV sound. Is there a unit of some kind which I can plug the Optical output from the TV on one side and Red and White RCA connectors on the other side to send sound to the Bose?
