software for ups

Hello. I use CyberPower Value SOHO 1000VA LCD (VALUE1000ELCD) and I would like to know if there is a software which provides: automatically reduce the watt using the pc or automatically closes the pc game I play when electricity cuts and the battery of ups turns on. That UPS has a USB port so it could signal when power is lost. I don't know of any software which would do what you want. Google for "ups on battery run a script windows" for some ideas. I didn't see anything very promising.
