Software Installation Error

I am trying to install 3ds Max 2011 but after few steps it is shows
"a software problem has caused autodesk installer to close unexpectedly".

I have AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-core Processor & 64-bit OS

Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti

Please help me.

You should check with Autodesk support, there are many issues like this, but most don't have any solutions aside from checking for viruses and turning off anti-virus software during the setup.
