Software to change fan speeds

Hi everyone, I am basically looking for some software that i can use to change fan speeds really easily. The fan controller on my case broke, and it had 3 settings, low, medium and high.

I have tried speedfan but as far as i can tell, the speed of the fans are always related to the heat of your components, i just want to be able to have like 3 profiles, and changing to the low one turns the fan speed down to a low speed, the medium profile somewhere in the middle, and obviously the high setting will turn the fans onto full rpm.
