Software to split dvd's?

I got 8 dvd's with some old tv series with 8 episodes in each, and i want to make a copy to my mom, but it's cheaper to get a 100 pack of 4.7GB than 10 pack of 8.5GB.

So is there any dvd maker software which can use the exact same menu files and titles/intros as the original dvd's? CAuse i plan to make the 4.7GB dvd's to use 4 eps per disk than 8 as the original.

So what software must i use to make this?
