Software Uninstall

I want to uninstall a software from my PC but whenever i try to uninstall this software from control panel-add/remove programs i get this message:
Another installation is already in progress.Complete that installation before proceeding with this install.

I have restart my PC many times to uninstall this software but that softwre not uninstalled.
