Softwares to block certain websites.

i had to block some sites like YouTube etc for other users of my computer. I used HT parental controls, it worked best: I mean it blocked websites i wanted and it even monitor the users. But this software was a trail and now it had expired.
I am looking for other freeware softwares like HT P controls. Anyone here had idea what other freeware of trail softwares are available??
