I got i5-8300h soldered on my laptop with 2 fans with max rpm of 6220(estimated). Im just wondering on upgrading it into i9-9880h. (they differs from generation but have the same socket type which is fcbga1440). Could it be possible? If so, must I upgrade the fans? Change its motors to better one? Any tips or link on how to unsolder ( Micro Soldering?)

Solution
unsoldering and resoldering a BGA is not a home do it yourself job. Most likely the solderjoints won´t be connected correctly or shortcutted. Only professionals with appropriate equipment can do such a task.
Even soldering like this is most likely to fail in a view months after soldering:

Other than that, you might not even be able to buy a single CPU like the i9-9880h, sorry.
