Solution for multiple audio sources to one set of speakers.

I am looking to buy a pair of bookshelf speakers and a center channel but don't know what solution would be best to allow me get audio from multiple sources. I have two TVs and a computer that I would like to be able to choose from when selecting which source of audio to play through the speakers.

An additional piece of information is I currently used a 4x2 matrix switch to display my Xbox, Cable, and computer on the two TVs, so video pass through is not required.

My question is what hardware do I need to solve this solution?

Makes and model numbers would help us help you.
If your 4x2 matrix switch is HDMI then you can add an HDMI audio extractor to one of the outputs

and connect that to your speakers if they are self powered. The speakers would need to have volume control since all the outputs (except the PC) you will have available will be fixed volume or you would need something like this

You will only be able to use a center channel with the PC since you don't have surround processing in the other sources.
If the speakers are passive then you would use a surround receiver with the HDMI extractor to power the speakers and process your audio. You don't need an up to date one so a used one with digital inputs should be fine.
