Go to your Google account in your PC and when any password is input which isn't the right one, a process starts that includes security questions you set when you opened the account.

If you get them wrong, it's because it's not your device. The system is to protect the data when a device is lost or stolen.

Google asks for Account credentials try on keypad go to about Samsung keyboard settings... it will say update!!
