Someone has my google password.

So on sunday I downloaded some fishy software and I managed to get hacked. Basically I lost controll of my PC and somehow the hacker got my google password. Now luckily he didnt actually get into my google account since he tried to log in from a different IP and google dont allow that.
So I formated my harddisk completely and reinstalled windows as well as changed all my passwords. And everything has been going fine until this morning when I get another email from google saying that someone tried to log in to my google account. So I am pretty terrified now to be honest. What should I do next?

Ok so I figured out that the google account that someone tried to log into today was not my main google account and is an account that I didnt change my password on. So I guess thats the reason.
