Samething with games! League of Legends doesn't work for same reason, and if i refresh the server list in any game it finds nothing!

Maybe try disabling ESET for a bit and then trying to use Steam or one of the other programs. You should be able to temporarily disable it by clicking the arrow on the taskbar, then right clicking the ESET icon and clicking on "Pause firewall (Allow all traffic)."

Are you using some sort of Internet Security Suite or software firewall? SOunds as if something is blocking everything.....

Do you have a router which might have rudimentary firewall functions accomplishing similar feats?

I use ESET Internet Security, but the issue appeared before i installed

After i bought the laptop (Asus Rog gl702vm-gc279t if it is relevant) it has worked without any problem for like 2 months! Same router now

Maybe the only solution is to reinstall the Operation System?

I'd see if there is any confusion over which connection to use in the OS menus, wireless vs. wired...; perhaps if you are using exclusively one, you can disable the other...

for starters, can you :

ping google.com

(type the above in cmd line or in search bar is fine)

Certainly a full delete partition(s)/full reinstall of all programs in question might help to quickly eliminate any rare glitch between OS/networking and assorted applications....with possible AV or firewall interactions.
