song identifier for win7?

Hello! I came across this song in a video and I really need to know what it's called. The trouble is, I have Windows 7, so Tunatic won't work... I tried other solutions like TuneUp, Midomi, Musipedia and Name My Tune but to no avail. I also have a Nokia e71 so Shazam is not an option. The Tom's hardware community has helped me out before and I trust you guys the most. I hope you can help me again.

There is a version of Shazam for Win8 but not Win7.
