sony home theater gets stuck while playing

while playing a dvd the home theartre gets stuck and does not play at all. this happens with old and new dvd.

You may need a DVD/CD lens cleaner kit, if that fails then it's more than likely your DVD drive's laser has failed and you will need a replacement Laser Assembly Unit (this may be a non obtainable part as it is a non user serviceable part) for your DVD player.

Copy:Might be you got a problem on your CD lens so before do anything to your DVD you should make your lens clean and clear so it would be work properly.
