Sony KDL46HX800 black screen problem

When I try to change "screen refresh rate" to 60 Hertz at 1080p resolution, the screen turns black.
24 Hertz at 1080p is the maximum rate I can get screen.
How can I get screen at 1080p with 60hertz.

HMDI to HDMI (version 1.4) is used.
AMD Radeon HD 6850 graphic card is used.

Have you tried it before and it worked and now it is not working? and what is the brand of your tv and type

No, TV never give screen at 1080p-60Hz.
TV is Sony KDL46HX800.
