I live in Alaska, its on the other end of the "Ring of Fire." We have had 279 earthquakes in the last 7 days multiple larger than 5.0.

Japan is on the same volcanic and earthquake prone rim of the pacific. Earthquakes are normal for Japan and most places that border an ocean, there is just nothing that can prepare you for anything higher than an 8.0

It's a given that Japan + other places are on the ring of fire.....so they have natural earthquakes....but scalar technology can um well....hasten such earth shifts along, you might say especially if certain parties refuse to bow to the will of those top elite. Do a little research on what has recently happened to the Japanese banking system.

Scalar weaponry is a "perfect" weapon because they (power elite) can hide the manipulations under supposed natural occurrences. No question how crafty those at the very pinnacle of power are . Ruthless too.
